What I loved most about T25 is that everyone has time to workout for 25 minutes a day.  I also liked that there is a modifier in this program.  T25 Ab Intervals is one of my favorite ab workouts.  This program is great for someone who is short on time or someone who is knew to working out.  The workouts are fast paced and full of intensity with no breaks.  I use to pause the dvd player and get a drink of water…..LOL  Each time you press play with T25 you get stronger and faster. This program come with the Alpha and Beta phases.  Gamma is sold separately.  If you are ready to lose weight in only 25 minutes a day click here T25
