This recipe is packed with protein and guilt free!  All of your guests will love it!

Healthy Deviled Eggs


  • 6 Hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut length wise
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • Paprika to Garnish


Once the eggs are boiled and peeled, slice them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, add to a small mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients (not paprika). Stir and divide evenly in the egg whites. Sprinkle the paprika over them.  Refrigerate until ready to eat.

  • You can place the mixture in a baggie and cut a hole in the corner and squeeze it out to make it look fancy.
