Asylum is an amazing 30 Day program.  If you have completed Insanity and are looking for a challenging workout…..Asylum is for you!  The workouts, work your muscles at different angles you cant get with static exercise.  This program does include an agility ladder and jump rope.  I didn’t use the jump rope because I did the program in my basement but you can still do the exercises.  I guarantee after 30 days you will be stronger and faster.  I definitely improved my endurance with this program.
