 I lost 4.6 pounds in 3 days with the 3 Day Refresh!  For 3 days I had chocolate vegan shakeology with a banana for breakfast.  I had the digestive Fiber Sweep as a midmorning snack.  Lunch was a high protein vanilla shake with strawberries with veggies and a healthy fat.  My afternoon snack was more veggies.  For dinner I had another vanilla protein shake along with an easy to prepare meal from the dinner recipes.  I did this program after a long weekend of eating some unhealthy foods and drinking alcohol.  I wanted to kick start my body, and I did.
